2016-2019 Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Jyväskylä (funded by Kone Foundation 2017-2019), project entitled Unity and Diversity? International Parliamentary Institutions for Southeast Asia and Sustainable Development Goals/SDG. The research examines international parliamentary institutions, the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), European Parliament (EP), notably the Asia-Europe Parliamentary partnership (ASEP) and ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary assembly (AIPA). It is a multidisciplinary research covering different themes, including Asia and Europe and international relations.

2006-2007 Legislative Strengthening Specialist (Coordinator of Legislative Regional Specialists) for Local Government Support Program (LGSP), an USAID-funded program to strengthen local government (at district level) especially for local council capacity building,
Full time work, duties : task-managing the Legislative and Good Governance Project (focusing on participative, transparency, and effective parliaments), coordinate the legislative programs for regional specialists; write reports on the development of the programs; coordinate the program for direct local Election, especially managing support program to the peace election process in Aceh; participate in donor agencies meetings. Previously posted at Aceh, as Aceh Legislative Strengthening Specialist for Local Government Support Program (LGSP), which provided technical assistance to Legislative Body at the District Level (5 districts) and supported technical assistance programs for local election committee in Aceh province.
